Jeffrey Rubinoff will practice global banking with White & Case LLP. He left Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Eddie Frastai left Dentons to join Clifford Chance’s real estate group.

Tanya Forsheit joined the litigation group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz. She left Baker & Hostetler LLP.

Michele Daelemans will practice capital markets at Hogan Lovells. Daelemans was with General Motors Financial Co. Inc.

Michael Turrill left Arent Fox to join the commercial litigation group at Hogan Lovells.

Ralf Rodriguez will tackle construction law at Foley & Lardner. He left Peckar & Abramson, P.C.

John Dellaportas joined the litigation group with Kelley Drye & Warren. He was with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

James Pooley left the World Intellectual Property Organization for Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP’s intellectual property group.

Marshall Brovost will practice real estate with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. He left Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.

Jeremy Cross left King & Wood Mallesons for the construction finance group at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.

Jeremy Holt joined the commercial finance group at Carlton Fields, leaving Swann, Hadley, Stump, Dietrich & Spears, P.A.

Jennifer Zbytowski will handle complex commercial litigation with Foley & Lardner. She left Honigman Miller Schwartz Miller and Cohn.

Jason Conti was with Honigman Miller Schwartz Miller and Cohn before joining Foley & Lardner’s business litigation & dispute resolution group.

Gary Glaser will tackle litigation with Littler Mendelson. He left Seyfarth Shaw.

Meredith Bushnell left Arnold & Porter to join the tax group at Venable LLP.

Jason Rabbitt-Tomita will practice merger and acquisition law at White & Case LLP. He left Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

James Nicholas joined the labor and employment group with Foley & Lardner LLP. He was with Mintz Levin.

Donald Schroeder will practice labor and employment law with Foley & Lardner LLP. He left Mintz Levin.

Angela Cummings left Littler Mendelson to practice with FordHarrison. He will handle labor and employment law.

Janet Whittaker will practice complex international arbitration with Clifford Chance. She was practicing with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Norman Ankers has joined Foley & Lardner from Honigman Miller Schwartz Miller and Cohn to practice business litigation & dispute resolution law.

Stephen Swinkels will practice employment law at Littler Mendelson. He was with L&E Global.

Gejaa Gobena left the United States Department of Justice to join the health law group at Hogan Lovells.

William Liu joined Mayer Brown from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP to practice banking law.

Jesse Panuccio will handle business litigation & dispute resolution law with Foley & Lardner. Panuccio was with the Department of Economic Opportunity.

Michael Lacovara will practice antitrust and competition law with Latham & Watkins. He left Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Ferdinand Fromholzer left Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer to join Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He will handle corporate law.

Edward Gordon joined McDermott Will & Emery LLP from Foley & Lardner LLP to practice intellectual property law.

Simon Goldring left Trowers & Hamlins to join McDermott Will & Emery’s private client group.

Olivier Meledo will practice banking with Mayer Brown. Meledo left Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.

Kelly Knudson joined Seyfarth Shaw LLP to handle labor and employment law. She left Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP.

Suzanna Yeghiazarians will take on labor and employment law for Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She was with Jackson Lewis.

William Stempel joined Colliers International from McDermott Will & Emery to handle real estate law.

Michal Matera was with Linklaters, but has taken a position handling real estate law for White & Case LLP.

Daniel Sternthal left Seyfarth Shaw to handle health law with Baker Donelson.

Nicole Smith will handle employment law with Venable LLP. She left DLA Piper.

Candace Harrison will take on employment law at Jackson Lewis. She was practicing with Littler Mendleson.

Jeremy Trinder will practice real estate finance law at Latham & Watkins. He was with Dechert LLP.

Bradley Seltzer will now practice tax law with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan. He was with Deloitte Tax LLP.

Betty Louie joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from DLA Piper to practice in their corporate group.
