Ronald Frank joined Blank Rome LLP from Reed Smith LLP to practice corporate governance law.

Jocelyn Lavallo will handle finance & financial institutions law for Foley & Lardner LLP. She was with Chadbourne & Parke LLP.

Edward Hershfield will practice real estate law with Greenberg Traurig. Hershfield left Brown Rudnick.

Eli Columbus left the Winstead to practice with Haynes and Boone. He will handle bankruptcy and business restructuring law.

Matt Ferris will practice bankruptcy and business restructuring with Haynes and Boone. He was practicing with Winstead.

J. Frasher Murphy has joined Haynes & Boone from Winstead to practice bankruptcy and business restructuring law.

Lawrence Sternthal will practice international real estate law at Greenberg Traurig. He was with Gross Kleinhendler Hodak.

Peter Ekberg left Barnes & Thornburg to join the mergers and acquisitions team at Jones Day.

Roy Ginsburg joined Jones Day from Barnes & Thornburg to practice labor and employment law.

Annamarie Daley will handle intellectual property law with Jones Day. She was with Barnes & Thornburg.

David Fricker will practice banking with Wells Fargo. He left Jones Day.

Kyle Gann left Kirkland & Ellis to join Jenner & Block. He will handle mergers and acquisitions.

Jeffrey Lieberman joined Skadden from Weil Gotshal and Manges to practice executive compensation and benefits law.

Jason Vigna left Skadden to join Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP’s securities litigation and enforcement group.

James Melendres will practice commercial litigation with Snell & Wilmer. He left the Department of Justice, National Security Division.

Marek Bute joined Amazon Web Services to handle corporate law. Bute left Snell & Wilmer.

Daniel Glazer will take on intellectual property for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He was with Fried Frank.

Michael Holter joined McDermott Will & Emery from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr to handle corporate law.

Michael Strapp was with Goodwin Procter LLP, but has taken a position handling intellectual property and technology law for DLA Piper.

Batya Goodman left Greenberg Traurig to handle business practices with Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith.

Thomas Hirsch III will handle energy and infrastructure with Chadbourne & Parke LLP. He left the Law Office of Thomas Hirsch, P.C.

Preston Burton will take on complex civil litigation at BuckleySandler LLP. He was practicing with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.

Thomas Beimers will practice health law at Hogan Lovells. He left Baker Daniels.

Michael Morgan is practicing litigation with Jones Day. He was with McDermott Will & Emery.

Sharon Levine joined Saul Ewing from Lowenstein to practice in their bankruptcy and restructuring group.
