Rebecca Hanson has transferred from Foley & Lardner LLP to Reed Smith. Hanson will work in the litigation department in the Chicago office.

Martin "Marty" Bishop has been hired at Reed Smith, where he will practice in the litigation department. Bishop was previously with Foley & Lardner LLP.

Thomas Hardy will handle ERISA related matters at Reed Smith in its Chicago office. Smith transfers from Foley & Lardner LLP.

Gary Becker will practice consumer finance law at Ballard Spahr LLP. Becker will work in the Atlanta office, and previously practiced with Hudson Cook, LLP.

Odia Kagan has been hired at Ballard Spahr LLP's corporate department. Kagan previously practiced with Pepper Hamilton.

Micah Greenwill focus on banking and tax issues at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Green transfers from Squire Patton Boggs.

Derek Anchondo has been hired by Greenberg Traurig to practice in its corporate department. Anchondo joins from Adams and Reese LLP.

Christin Petroski has joined the corporate law department at Haynes & Boone.Petroski joins the Orlando office. Previously, Petroski worked for Warner Norcross & Judd.

Michael Hegarty will begin practicing energy law at Haynes and Boone. Hegarty joins from Fognani & Faught, PLLC.

John Fognani has left his practice at Fognani & Faught PLLC and will practice in the energy department at Haynes and Boone.

Frank Day Jr. will handle healthcare and litigation issues at Ford Harrison LLP. Day joins from McAngus, Goudelock & Courie.

Michael Horst has joined Van Sant Law, where he will practice in the litigation department. Horst joins from Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC.

J. Lane Crowder will handle financial service and real estate matters at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in its Chattanooga, Tennessee office. Crowder previously worked for the United States federal government.
