Ronan Wicks will join Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe
Ronan Wicks is one of five new partners joining Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe's acquisition finance practice. The other four partners are Bruce Czacho, Julian S.H. Chung, Wickersham Taft LLP, and Jason D. White. These attorneys will represent major investment banks in financing and restructuring transactions involving financial sponsors, leveraged corporates, and investment grade companies. The representative clients are Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, and Bank of America. The firm’s depiction of financial institutions contributes more than one-third of the firm’s total revenues with more than 1,200 lawyers across 23 offices and presence in 8 countries. With adding these partners, it is increasing its finance capability to its leading financial institution practices in the areas of project finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, public finance, capital markets, tax, and litigation.
