Fried Frank hiring Hong Kong Partners from O'Melveny
Douglas Freeman, partner of O'Melveny & Myers has confirmed that he is moving to Fried, Frank, Harris Shriver & Jacobson. He will join firm's Hong Kong office as partner for its corporate practice. Counsel of O'Melveny, Victor Chen, will also join Fried Frank as a partner. Victor is associated with merger & acquisition team of O'Melveny. Six lawyers of the firm have also been elected to the Firm's partnership, effective September 1, 2011. Fried Frank represents clients in M&A deals worldwide.
