Accounting firm BDO USA and law firm Nixon Peabody won awards for the recapitalization of a LONG Island company. BDO USA through its Melville office has served as lead tax and accounting advisor while Nixon Peabody through its Jericho office served as legal counsel. Nixon Peabody said in a statement that the recapitalization would enhance the company's ability to maintain its leadership position in the expanding anesthesia management market.
