New Jersey office seeks lateral reinsurance associate with experience in reinsurance law and litigation. NJ Bar admission is essential, NY Bar admission is preferred.

Practice areas include corporate and business transactions, commercial litigation, first-party coverage and property insurance litigation, products liability and toxic tort litigation, insurance and reinsurance matters, entertainment law, computer law, Internet law, domestic relations, tax and estate planning, real estate transactions, creditors' rights and bankruptcy, and appellate matters.
