The study titled "Keeping the Keepers III: Mobility & Management of Associate Talent," was released on February 12 this year. NALP's report showed two important findings regarding employers who have been recruited through lateral hiring: 1) Over one-half of participating firms expected an increase in lateral hiring within the next two years and 2) More entry-level associates lost jobs or left firms than associates recruited through lateral hiring.
