I worked with Nadeen over the course of a few months and have to say that she was absolutely phenomenal. Her approach was very different from other recruiters I've worked with; she took the time to get to know me my goals, my aspirations and my experiences and was really focused on finding the right role for me. After our initial call, she wasted no time in researching firms that offered what I was looking for and put together a plan specific for my unique situation. Once my details were submitted, interview requests followed shortly thereafter and I was fortunate to have Nadeen in my corner providing invaluable coaching and guidance at every stage of the interview process (having been in the legal industry for so long, I didn't think there would be so much to learn about interview techniques but as I learned from Nadeen, there is a right way and a wrong way to answer even the most-straight forward of interview questions!). Nadeen ensured that I was well prepared and able to maneuver successfully through this minefield, and as a result of her tactful negotiations, we secured multiple offers! It was a real pleasure working with Nadeen and I am fortunate to have found her. She was proactive, provided me with regular updates and always stayed a step ahead of me. She is very professional, knows the industry well and provided excellent feedback during each stage of the process. Nadeen exceeded my expectations in every respect and I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend her to others.
