Boeing Senior Counsel Joins Perkins Coie
Summary: Perkins Coie welcomed a senior counsel from The Boeing Company to their Chicago Mergers & Acquisitions team.
Perkins Coie announced the addition of the former M&A senior counsel for The Boeing Company. Jason M. Quintana will join the Chicago Merger’s & Acquisition group as a partner.

Jason has extensive experience representing both strategic and private equity buyers and sellers and, importantly, brings to our team the unique perspective of having served as one of the top M&A attorneys at a well-known and acquisitive company. We look forward to calling on Jason’s broad deal and in-house counsel experience to better serve our M&A clients.”
Quintana has experience advising strategic domestic and cross-border transactions. This includes work in the aerospace, defense, manufacturing, technology and software industries during his time representing Boeing.
Prior to joining Boeing six years ago, Quintana was counsel for Mitsui & Co. Inc., a general trading company for Japanese and U.S. companies. There he was the lead attorney for their chemicals business division and their portfolio companies in North and South America. Before his time with Mitsui, he was an associate for an international law firm in their private equity and M&A group.
Chicago’s Office Managing Partner Christopher Wilson added, “Jason’s experience counseling innovative companies on complex transactional matters is a strong fit for Perkins Coie, both nationally and in our Chicago office. Quintana earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his A.B. from Princeton University in Politics.
