Palo Alto office of our client seeks IP litigation attorney with 5 years of experience. The candidate will be working under moderate supervision of partners. Will advise and represent multinational telecommunication, electronics, and semiconductor companies with respect to a wide variety of IP litigation matters. Supervise junior associates and review their work. Participate in marketing and client pitches. Participate in the interview process of summer and lateral associates. Work experience must include the following: negotiating technology and patent licenses with multinational telecommunication, electronics, and semiconductor companies; drafting written submissions to arbitral panels at the ICC and the AAA (ICDR); and coordinating IP and commercial litigation and arbitration in multi-national jurisdictions.
