Denver office of our client seeks public finance attorney with 4-7 years of experience serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters counsel, bank counsel and issuers counsel in connection with the issuance of tax exempt and taxable bonds and other obligations by governmental and other public entities. The candidate should have a broad set of experiences in public finance transactional matters supporting clients, as the group requires, and support on wide variety of matters. Must be admitted to the Colorado Bar.
