Cambridge office of our client seeks estate planning attorney with 3-8 years of probate and trust administration experience. The candidate will be creating and reviewing estate plans, preparing the necessary documents to fund the trust and align clients assets with their estate plan. Will manage Probate and Trust Administration process; keep status reports current. Prepare and review estate planning and trust funding documents to ensure that the documents are appropriately drafted to meet the planning needs and recommendations for clients. Conduct, review and document signing appointments with clients. Review and conduct annual maintenance program for trust based clients. Respond to any client phone calls or e-mails. Keep detailed notes of all meetings and phone calls and ensure that notes are maintained inside the client file. Knowledge of income, gift, and estate tax laws is essential. Should be MA licensed attorney.
