St. Louis office of our client seeks senior attorney with 5-10 years of experience. The candidate will perform a broad range of legal functions, but focus on labor and employment matters including: Multi-employer pension fund withdrawal liability and ERISA matters; Labor Union grievance arbitration; Labor Union Contract resolution; Employment litigation and related transactional issues; Multi-employer pension fund withdrawal liability matters. Must have working knowledge of employee benefit law in pension/retirement plans and health/welfare plans. Missouri and/or Illinois law licenses are required.
