New York City office of our client seeks mid-level financial services transactional attorney with 4+ years of experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in payment processing, emerging payments and prepaid, mobile payment, and credit card agreements. Must have experience with complex technology transactions, general corporate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently license to practice law in New York are preferred.
