St. Louis office of our client seeks corporate healthcare attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will serve in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor and provider contracts. Will be providing research and counsel on regulatory compliance, licensing, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Law, and HIPAA. Providing support for Certificate of Need applications. Drafting and reviewing provider compliance programs; and providing support for health care transactions. Must have a strong understanding of business transactions in the healthcare setting.
