Addison office of our client seeks attorney with 3+ years of business immigration experience. The candidate will be assessing eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States. Will be working with client global mobility personnel and the office of general counsel to prepare petitions and applications for submission to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) for non-immigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees. Draft, prepare and file detailed PERM audit responses for the Department of Labor. Provide training to Associates and Paralegals regarding all matters relating to the PERM process. Create and maintain PERM compliance files in accordance with Department of Labor regulations. Supporting clients in immigration program management and compliance. Supervising the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation. Should be a Member of State Bar Association (TX preferred).
