Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks oil pipeline attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will be representing oil pipelines before the FERC and federal courts in a variety of matters, including pipeline rates and regulated practices as well as the transactional and regulatory aspects of major pipeline infrastructure projects. Should have experience in, or willingness to learn, oil pipeline regulation by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Must be members of the DC Bar or eligible for membership by waiver.
