International Trade Attorney
London office seeks marine and international trade lawyer having international experience of cross-border transactions within a legal/corporate environment. The candidate will advise on a broad range of disputes and transactional work connected to the shipping and energy sectors. The role will be strongly international focused, working alongside and advising Korean clients. Litigation experience is essential, along with the willingness to undertake some transactional work. Solid knowledge of contract law is required. Experience in dealing with Korean clients and an appreciation for the Korean culture is needed. Should have ability to assist the partners to further develop and grow the successful MIT practice in London and across the global network, in particular with new and existing Korean clients. Fluent English and Korean written and spoken language skills to a business level are required.
