Products Liability Litigator with 3-5 years of trial experience

St. Louis office of our client seeks products liability litigator with 3-5 years of experience defending product manufacturers. The candidate will work on defending motor vehicle cases, medical device, pharmaceutical, home products, manufacturing equipment, juvenile products, aircraft litigation, and asbestos and other toxic products. Will handle the day-to-day responsibilities from case investigation, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court on motions and having direct client communications under the guidance and supervision from our experienced shareholders. Should have experience of handling cases from start to finish, including handling all facets of discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration and trial. Missouri and Illinois Bar license are required.
