Newport Beach office of our client seeks junior tax attorney with 1-2 years of experience. The candidate will serve in the executive compensation and employee benefits practice. Must have experience or an interest in drafting and analyzing equity and non-equity incentive compensation arrangements, deferred compensation arrangements, employment agreements, and severance and change in control arrangements; preparing the compensation and benefits-related portions of securities filings required by the SEC, and identifying and solving executive compensation and benefits related issues that arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions.

The California office staffs fifty-five practiced attorneys. The law practice serves as the headquarters for the firm's life sciences and medical technology practice. Some of their practice areas consist of business trial-litigation, class actions; mass torts-insurance litigation, and corporate law. The California office has a global presence as well. The law practice and attorneys were recognized in well-known industry publications for their legal expertise.
