Attorney with 3-4 years of litigation experience

San Antonio office of our client seeks attorney with 3-4 years of experience. The candidate will review, organize and summarize voluminous documents to marshal evidence for hearings and trials. Will prepare witness outlines for depositions and trial. Prepare trial strategy memos for litigation cases. Must have drafted and argued contested motions, including motions for summary judgment, have exceptional research and writing skills. Familiarity with the federal rules of civil procedure and federal rules of evidence is important. Experience in taking and defending depositions and taking a witness at trial is obviously favorably viewed.
