Chicago office of our client seeks junior to mid-level healthcare attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate should have consulting or other practical and operational experience. Must have interests and experience with the application and implementation of one or more of the following to healthcare law areas of specialty: operations and survey and certification, healthcare fraud and abuse laws (federal anti-kickback, Stark and CMP provisions); Medicare enrollment, billing and reimbursement.
