The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in handling family law matters, including divorce, post judgment, DYFS/DCPP, non-dissolution, domestic violence and other family law related matters. Trial experience is preferred. Experience with Appellate Practice and Administrative Hearings is a plus. Prior supervisory experience is a plus. Should have a book of business.
