Sarasota office of our client seeks labor and employment attorney with 6+ years of experience. The candidate will be preparing and drafting deposition outlines, preparing discovery requests and responses, conducting discovery, preparing pretrial and injunction motions, drafting EEOC position statements, preparing mediation statements, preparing post hearing arbitration briefs, preparing appellate briefs; drafting employee policies/handbooks; and preparing employment restrictive covenant, severance, and settlement agreements. Must have Florida Bar license or obtain a Florida Bar license within six months.
