The candidate will provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations. Will handle labor and employment matters and litigation before state and federal enforcement agencies and courts. Represent clients in negotiations and mediations. Prior labor and employment law experience and/or federal/appellate clerkships is a plus. Connecticut Bar admission with active" status is required.
