Business Attorney with 6+ years of corporate/transaction exp

Boston office seeks business attorney with 6+ years of experience. The candidate should have strong transactional experience, including especially some combination of mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, representation of publicly traded companies in 33 Act and 34 Act matters, asset management (including 40 Act) experience, and representation of venture capital and emerging companies. Private equity experience is a plus. Large firm experience is preferred.
