Washington D.C. office of our client seeks mid- to senior level employment law attorney with relevant experience. The candidate will work directly with several partner-level litigators handling complex commercial, employment and business litigation cases. Will serve in legal research, drafting motions and correspondence, discovery, case management, witness interviews and depositions, and court appearances. Should have judicial clerkships, relevant government experience, or experience working in a law firm specializing in complex commercial and business litigation. Must have experience in substantive areas of complex litigation, arbitration, business, corporate, real estate and general commercial litigation. Knowledge of federal, state and local rules of civil procedure is essential. Demonstrated fluency in a foreign language will be viewed favorably. Must be admitted to District of Columbia Bar and be in good standing.
