Nashville office seeks health care attorney having 4-7 years of experience. Preferred areas of expertise include (i) health care regulatory work such as Stark and anti-kickback analysis, and Medicare enrollment and billing, (ii) drafting employment, professional services and other contractual arrangements between health care providers, and (iii) working on acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions involving health care providers. Tennessee Bar membership is also preferred.
