Boston office of our client seeks business immigration attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for legal oversight of non-immigrant and immigrant visas for Fortune 500 corporations, major academic and medical institutions. Will evaluate eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for visa status. Draft, review and/or revise O-1 petitions, Aliens of Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher cases, complex DOL audit responses and complex RFEs for filing with the USCIS. Must have an active status in a State Bar Association.
