Washington, D.C. office seeks mid-level energy attorney with 3-5 years of experience in federal energy regulatory matters. The candidate should preferably have prior law firm experience and experience with cost-of-service and market-based ratemaking for crude/petroleum product/NGL and natural gas pipelines and related tariff terms and conditions. Must be admitted to or eligible to waive into the DC Bar.
