Alameda office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will work on traditional labor and litigation matters, including litigation in bankruptcy court. Will be advocating at NLRB and PERB proceedings, Union representation at arbitration, and all stages of litigation including drafting briefs, conducting discovery, including document collection and review, and preparing for trial. Judicial Clerkship experience is a plus. Admission to the California Bar is required.
