Carmel office of our client seeks ERISA and ESOP attorney with 6+ years of experience in the area of tax-qualified employee benefit plans, with a particular emphasis on ESOPs and ESOP transactions. The candidate will be responsible for implementations, sales of ESOP companies, consulting with clients on management of repurchase obligation, corporate governance, correction of operational failures and a host of other ESOP and corporate-related issues. Should have knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA.

Law offices are based in Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, Florida and Minnesota. The firm has more than one-hundred years of legal history. Area of concentration is business law.
