Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks junior to mid-level energy and resources attorney with 2-4 years of experience on environmental regulatory and/or litigation matters. The candidate will serve in stationary source, mobile source, and fuels work for the petroleum refining industry and related work for other industries. Should preferably have experience with the Clean Air Act, the Renewable Fuel Standard, and/or working with the petroleum refining industry. Prior federal judicial clerkship is a plus.
