Orange County office seeks attorney having 2-4 years of experience. The candidate must have strong transactional real estate experience at a major law firm handling purchase and sale agreements, financing, leasing, and due diligence. Should preferably also have general commercial transactional experience, and experience with LLC's. California Bar Membership in good standing is required.
