Indianapolis office of our client seeks employment law attorney with 4-6 years of counseling and litigation experience. The candidate must have a deep understanding of and practical experience advising clients on a wide range of federal and state employment laws, including: Title VII, ADA, ADEA, USERRA, FMLA, FLSA, state statutes, and other employment laws, as well as experience litigating claims in some or all of these areas. Must be licensed to practice in Indiana. Illinois license and experience is a plus.

Law offices are based in Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, Florida and Minnesota. The firm has more than one-hundred years of legal history. Area of concentration is business law. A sizable team of accomplished attorneys are employed at the firm. Practice areas are comprehensive. Appellate, business, corporate finance, electronic discovery-data management, litigation and nonprofit-exempt organizations are a number of their practice disciplines.
