Fort Lauderdale office of our client seeks construction litigation attorney preferably with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for litigation support on large multi-party construction defect cases in Florida and other jurisdictions. Will be responsible for extensive document review and Case Law research. Prepare and draft motions and memoranda of law. Also responsible for deposition, hearing and mediation preparation and attendance. Review legal issues and provide summary. Construction experience is highly preferred. Should have experience in significant review of legal documents via electronic review platform. Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
