The candidate will serve in all aspects of energy law including representing oil and gas producers and other energy developers in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, real estate transactions, title work, complex litigation in state and federal courts, and administrative proceedings.

Law offices are located in Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, Mexico and China. The legal practice has sixty-four years of professional law experience. There are eleven areas of practice. A number of their practice disciplines consist of banking-financial services, employment-labor, energy and health law.
