Corporate Attorney Job in Hong Kong

Hong Kong office seeks corporate associate having 4+ years of pqe in corporate, M&A, and equity capital markets. The candidate will advise blue-chip corporate clients and leading investment banks. Should be qualified in Hong Kong, UK or equivalent. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
