Washington D.C. office seeks mid-level government contracts attorney with 3-4 years of government contract regulatory, bid protest, claims and disputes experience either at a law firm or government position. The candidate will focus on representing government contractors and grant recipients on the formation, administration and close-out of government contracts and/or grants and representing clients in disputes, claims and bid protests. Must have experience in reviewing and negotiating teaming agreements, subcontracts, and non-disclosure agreements, as well as experience litigating bid protests, contract claims, SBA size appeals and related matters as necessary. Must have experience with security law matters, including obtaining and retaining personnel and facility security clearances and compliance with the NISPOM; and/or experience with trade and export/import matters.
