Boston office of an AmLaw firm seeks healthcare transactional attorney with 8+ years of regulatory experience. The candidate should have some level of portable business, and managed care or insurance regulation experience is a plus. Appropriate State Bar admission is also required.

We get a lot of questions about a firm's pro bono policy.
