Omaha office of our client seeks labor associate with 2-7 years of experience. The candidate will counsel employers with respect to the National Labor Relations Act, union representation elections, unfair labor practice charges, union grievances, and labor arbitrations and provide advice on other traditional labor law issues. Will conduct collective bargaining negotiations with union representatives on behalf of clients. Advise and train employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations. Provide daily advice and counsel to clients regarding various labor and employment law issues. Draft and revise employment and labor related policies and procedures. Prior labor and employment law experience and/or federal/appellate clerkships is a plus. Expertise with the NLRA, traditional labor issues and unions is required.
