Corporate Attorney with 2-4 years of commercial experience

Hong Kong office of our client seeks attorney with 2-4 years of professional experience in corporate/ commercial focusing on Greater China work. The candidate will manage a substantial caseload. Should have commercial transactional experience. Must be familiar with PRC corporate or commercial and transactional work. Fluent Putonghua language skills and the readiness to travel are prerequisites.
