Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks business immigration attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will be assessing eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States. Will be working with client global mobility personnel and the office of general counsel to prepare petitions and applications for submission to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) for non-immigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees. Supporting clients in immigration program management and compliance. Supervising the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation. Performing other duties as required. Must be a member of State Bar Association. PERM and H1-B experience is a plus.
