Washington D.C. office seeks government contracts attorney preferably having 2-4 years of experience practicing in government contracts. The candidate will provide a full range of legal services for companies involved in contracting with the federal/state government such as: counseling regarding government procurement regulations, litigation of protests and claims, investigations, False Claims Act cases, teaming arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and representation in procurement matters before federal agencies and Congress. Experience in one or more of these areas is required. Demonstrated commitment to a career in government contracting is a must.
