New York City office of our client seeks technology transactions attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should have drafting experience and knowledge of intellectual property law. Experience of working on intellectual property transactions (such as technology licensing agreements, outsourcing arrangements, software development agreements, content licensing deals, other technology matters, and/or IP due diligence) is also required. Technical background (a science degree or computer programming experience) is a plus.
