Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 2-4 years of current business experience. The candidate will provide excellent client service by preparing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications (H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, PERM, EB-1, and EB-5). Will delegate to and review work of paralegals; continue to learn and apply the law to new and challenging cases; manage client accounts and client relationships; and generate new business. Must have admittance to practice, in good standing, in one or more states in the US, preferably in the District of Columbia.
