Pasadena office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 2+ years of experience, including experience in EB-5, employment-based non-immigrant (such as H-1, L-1 and O-1), and immigrant (such as EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3 and PERM) matters, as well as in family-based cases (such as I-130, I-485 and I-751). The candidate will independently be preparing diverse immigration applications, including employment and family-based immigration petitions. Will be facilitating the consolidation of documents and information from clients during the preparation process. Corresponding with potential clients during the intake process and maintaining regular communication with existing clients with regard to active cases. Corresponding with USCIS and other government agencies where necessary. Should have California Bar license. Portable book of business is highly preferred.
