Houston office of our client seeks mid-level financial restructuring attorney with 4-6 years of experience in commercial chapter 11 cases and related adversary litigation. The candidate will be drafting pleadings, participating in discovery, attending and participating in court proceedings, and assisting teams in work for both debtor and creditor clients. Will handle certain matters independently, along with managing related clients, without significant supervision or direction.
