Boston office seeks immigration attorney with 7+ years of professional legal experience in representing businesses in all aspects of immigration law, particularly PERM labor certifications. The candidate will provide legal services as a practicing attorney in the Immigration Section. Will oversee all aspects of preparing and filing nonimmigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B&C, I-140, I-485) petitions and applications with government agencies and consulates. Counsel clients through the PERM labor certification process. Direct and manage legal assistants in day-to-day work on cases. Stay current on business immigration law developments and contribute to firms thought leadership and marketing efforts. Advise clients on I-9 and EVerify compliance and corporate immigration policies and strategies. Participate as an associate attorney in the activities of the section. Lead trainings internally and at client sites. Should have successful completion of a full course of study in a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) and earned a professional law degree (J.D.). Membership in good standing of the Bar of a state, territory of the United States, or District of Columbia is essential. Experience as primary client services manager for multiple high volume business immigration clients is essential.
